I design for systems that have to scale — multi-stakeholder platforms, complex workflows, and products where a bad IA decision costs six sprints to undo. Seven years across startup, consultancy (Deloitte Digital), and R&D lab (ASTRI) have taught me one thing: the design problem is rarely the one in the brief.

I've worked across both ends of the spectrum: enterprise internal tools (AI-powered ops systems, compliance platforms) and consumer-facing social apps (location-based community, loyalty & engagement). The intersection — scalable systems that real humans actually want to use — is where I do my best work.

I work end-to-end: discovery workshops to design system to Zeplin handoff. I use AI tools actively throughout — AI-assisted research synthesis, rapid wireframe generation, content generation for user testing, and design automation to move faster without cutting corners. I'm comfortable presenting design rationale to engineers, business stakeholders, and boards — in the same meeting.

Before consultancy, I co-founded an EdTech startup that raised HK$500K, won 6 design awards, and reached international markets. I know what it costs to get a product wrong at the zero stage — and what it takes to ship it right at scale.
